Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all our prices shall be understood to be on an ex works basis (ARON France) and goods are carried at the risks of the recipient. Any claim shall be adressed by registered letter within a week on pain of invalidity.
The non-standard or uncommon parts ordered, even included in the price list and catalogue, will not be taken back. Any return will be subjected to a request.
A discount will be made depending on the state of goods.
Our net of taxes prices are not guaranteed for the future.
Our delivery deadlines are given as a rough guide, without guarantee and may not give rise to any damages whatsoever.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the payments shall be cash without discount. Any delay shall be plus interest calculated on the respective discount rate of the Bank of France in force increased by 2%.
Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of the equipment deemed defective during commissioning, after expertise by our team. Under no circumstances, we will not be held responsible for a bad choice or misuse, normal wear and tear.
Therefore we will take no account of requests for damages, interest, paybacks and so on.
The place of juridiction for any claims shall be NANTES, even in the case of delivery of a branch office, agency or request for guarantee payment or multiple respondents.
Reservation of ownership clause : all goods shall remain ARON France's ownership until full payment.
